FAQ
-
Do I need any experience to start Pole dancing?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. No prior dance or fitness experience is required.
-
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes—shorts that expose your thighs and a tank top or sports bra are ideal for better grip. Bare feet are best, and avoid lotions or oils the day of class.

Do I need upper body strength to do Pole?
Nope! Pole helps build strength over time, so you don’t need to be strong to start— just show up and have fun!
-
Do you have weight or age restrictions?
No! Pole is for all bodies! We welcome all ages (18+) and body types.
-
Can I take class if I have a medical condition or injury?
Please consult your doctor first and inform your instructor of any concerns before class. We will provide modifications as needed.
-
Is Pole dancing only for women?
Not at all! Pole is for everyone, regardless of gender identity. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity!
-
Do I have to wear heels?
Nope! Heels are optional. We offer both barefoot and heels classes, so you can choose what feels best for you.
